THE Phillip Island Seniors turned in a dominant display in round seven, overpowering Inverloch-Kongwak by 100 points. From the opening bounce, the Bulldogs were in control, slotting nine goals in a blistering first quarter.

Inverloch-Kongwak was overrun, held to just one behind early. 

A closer second quarter saw Inverloch-Kongwak win the term by just one behind, but Phillip Island continued to build on its score.

The half time break allowed Phillip Island to recharge for another dominate quarter, leaving Inverloch-Kongwak well and truly behind. 

Led by the ever-reliable Cameron Pedersen and a sharp forward line including Yianni Caffieri (four goals) and Billy Taylor (three goals), Phillip Island maintained intensity and execution across all four quarters to record a comprehensive win.

Reserves
A commanding four-quarter performance from the Phillip Island Reserves saw the Bulldogs cruise to a 47-point win on the road. 

Phillip Island controlled the contest from the outset, holding Inverloch-Kongwak to just one goal across the first three quarters.

With clean ball movement and relentless pressure, the Bulldogs extended their lead at every change, finishing the game with a powerful final term.

Thirds
The Phillip Island Thirds opened the day with a gritty win over Inverloch-Kongwak in a low-scoring contest.

Phillip Island set the tone early with a dominant first quarter, keeping the hosts goalless while piling on 22 points.

Despite a strong final term from Inverloch-Kongwak, the Bulldogs’ early scoreboard pressure and consistent effort across the field were enough to secure a seven-point win.

It was another strong round across all grades for Phillip Island. 

It will keep building momentum as it heads into round eight at the Kennel against Dalyston.

Inverloch-Kongwak will be playing the Warragul Industrials next week.
